Mila Kunis stripped bare: Her X-rated
Mila Kunis stripped bare: Her X-rated sexiest movie scenes and pictures EVER
MILA KUNIS combines raw sex appeal with humour and sizzles in scenes from Black Swan, Friends With Benefits and a lesbian love scene with Zoe Saladana
Black Swan hit the headlines for a variety of reasons. The 2010 horror-thriller was lavished with praise and won an Oscar for Kunis' co-star Natalie Port-man. It revealed a bloody and brutal world beneath the serene surface of the ballet world and also allowed Kunis to display some acting chops.
The erotic lesbian scene between the two actresses managed to be simultaneously scary and sexy.

Friends With Benefits perfectly matched Kunis with Justin Timber-lake and made everyone wish they had friends like these. Both stars had previously struggled to show that they could be more than just sex symbols on screen and their chemistry shines here. This smart and sexy romantic comedy provided plenty of heat along with the humor and was a box office smash back in 2011.
Kunis has never been afraid of a little girl-on-girl action and started out early in 2007 with a famous actress best known now for Star Trek and Guardians of the Galaxy.
She played a student exploring her sexuality with Zoe Saldana in After Sex and this scene is not how we remember spending our time in the university library.
The conversation starts out with Kunis asking Saldana how oral sex tastes: "Is it like chicken? Potatoes?"
Saldana replies: "It tastes good. I like it... I guess it's a little salty."
In last year's Bad Mom's Kunis starred alongside Kristen Bell and Christina Applegate. Yet again she showed her ability to be sexy and sweet at the same time.In this romp with Jay Hernandez they reach the sweaty finale and then she asks: "Was it OK? I was so worried, it's been a while since I've done this..."
To finish up, it's time to freshen up with a nice clean shower (scene)...
The 2008 drama Boot Camp went straight to DVD. Fortunately, with the release of Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Max Payne the same year, her career finally gave her the chance to show she was more than just another pretty face.
Unfortunately, we may have to wait a while to see her back on the screen. With the recent birth of her second child with Ashton Kutchner, she currently only has a voice role lined up in 2018 animation Amusement Park.

Facebook Gives Investors More Reasons To Be Bullish
Facebook Gives Investors More Reasons To Be Bullish
Summary
Facebook continues to show the world just how replicable Snap's features are.
The company is also making advances in the world of live-streaming content.
Messenger continues to have an exceptional growth outlook with e-commerce integration potential .
Shares of Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) are heading markedly high in trading on Wednesday, 2/22, against a market which is more-or-less flat. The company continues to make advances on all its critical fronts (consolidating the teen social media user base, growing live video engagement, and integrating e-commerce). With multiple growth catalysts still to come, we remain bullish on Facebook's long-term growth trajectory and see further upside for shares.
The first bit of news pushing shares higher relates to Facebook's continued attempts to consolidate the teen user base, which Snap (Pending:SNAP) momentarily captured. Facebook gave WhatsApp its own new feature in 'Status', yet another video-centric, Snapchat-mocking feature which underscores just how replicable Snap's current advantages are. The big thing here is that WhatsApp is huge (1.2 billion worldwide users, versus 600 million monthly actives on Instagram) and has tremendous international reach, an area where Snapchat is notably lacking. With Instagram Stories now rolled out globally, Facebook is perfectly positioning itself to stunt Snap's international growth.
The second bit of news pushing FB shares higher relates to potential for the social media platform to live-stream professional sporting events. Facebook is in talks with Major League Baseball to live stream one game per week during the upcoming season. This is notable because it was supposed to be Twitter's (NYSE:TWTR) job to live-stream sports. Whereas Facebook and Snap were intimately involved in the Olympics, Twitter was the platform that was making aggressive moves to live-stream US professional sporting events.
A Model Risked Her Life and Broke the Law, All for a Photo Shoot
A Model Risked Her Life and Broke the Law, All for a Photo Shoot
Doing it for the ’gram was just taken a step — or maybe an arm, in this
case — too far. A video of Viktoria Odintcova dangling off the ledge of a
73-story building in the United Arab Emirates recently went viral. Why
did she do it? For a good photo (and attention, of course).
The
stunt, which was all captured on camera, features the Russian model in
the risky act with a team of people who appear to be stuntmen and
photographers.
The video features the crew practicing on ground, and then arriving at
the Cayan Tower in Dubai to do the real thing (without permission).
Odintcova
grips a blond helper’s hand as he confidently encourages her to lean
away from the top of the 1,000-foot building. As she leans back, her
hair flows and her eyes close, and somehow she gets comfortable enough
to look serene in images captured by her team.
As
if that were not enough of a risk, she then gets down on her knees,
while still holding the hand of her “spotter” and then gracefully flops
off the rails, the guy’s forearm strength the only thing keeping her
from plummeting to the ground.
Somehow,
she still looks beautiful, with her T-shirt falling off her shoulders,
and her sneakers (they’re not even fancy suction-cupped shoes or
something high-tech!) kicking about as if she’s just dangling from the
side of a pool.
She
lived to share the tale, and has been retelling it to her 3.3 million
Instagram followers. “All the stunts performed by professionals, do not
try it yourself,” she captioned a clip of the video.
The
photos, luckily, turned out amazing (because nothing could be worse
more than risking your life for a blurry, thumb-covered shot).
According to Emirati newspaper The National,
Odintcova isn’t getting off that easy. An assistant to the chief of
police in Dubai said that Odintcova “had been summoned to sign an
undertaking not to repeat any dangerous moves that could endanger her
life in Dubai.”
However, Odintcova will most like find someplace else. In the past, she’s bungee-jumped in Sochi, Russia, with a camera in hand, and prettily posed on the edge of a cliff in Sri Lanka.
Then
she sat on the ledge, saying, “So here we are on set, you think it’s a
normal day, until you might be asked to do something like this, and you
do it willingly, ’cuz you love the art of fashion,” in her
behind-the-scenes video for Instagram. She made sure to add the hashtag
# Dont Try This At Home.
But seriously — don’t.
Facebook's WhatsApp Introduces Snapchat-Like Feature (FB, SNAP)
Facebook's WhatsApp Introduces Snapchat-Like Feature (FB, SNAP)
Facebook Inc. (FB) has not yet run out of ways to ape Snapchat.
The company's messaging app WhatsApp has announced an overhaul of its status feature which will allow users to share their statuses in the form of videos, pictures and GIFs. The feature was beta tested with users in November last year and will become available on iOS, Android and Windows platforms starting February 24. It has escaped no one's attention that the new feature is very similar to Snapchat Stories.
comes with end-to end encryption and ensures that the status disappears within 24 hours of being set. Privacy settings will allow users to control who sees their status. (See also: Facebook Set to Launch New Video App for TV)
The announcement couldn't come at a more inopportune time for Snap Inc. The company is expected to go public next month and is currently meeting with potential investors. Analysts remain concerned about Snapchat's user growth and profitability.
"The original idea behind the project was to build an application that lets your friends and other contacts know what you're up to. This was months before we added messaging," said CEO Jan Koum in a blog post. "Even after we added messaging in the summer of 2009, we kept the basic "text only" status functionality in WhatsApp. Every year, when Brian and I would plan projects to work on, we always talked about improving and evolving this original "text only" status feature."
Facebook, which acquired Whatsapp in 2014, also famously tried to buy Snapchat in 2013 for $3 billion. Since then it has integrated Snapchat-like sharing capabilities in its platforms. It introduced a virtually identical feature into Instagram last year with Instagram Stories, a move which was declared its 'most brazen act of Snapchat cloning yet' by tech website The Verge. Facebook Messenger also rolled out a new in-app camera, complete with filters and stickers, for Snapchat-style selfies in December.

Forbes noted that Facebook could finally monetize the app now. Advertising may feature on statuses, and businesses may directly send messages to their target audiences on WhatsApp itself. WhatsApp's $1.2 billion users send more than 50 billion messages across the world each day, so the scope for advertising is immense.

THE BASIC GUIDE FOR BEGINNERS
THE BASIC GUIDE FOR BEGINNERS
Want to know how to build real muscle quickly? That all depends on whether you want to get big or get strong. Both involve lifting weights and getting the right nutrition, but the ways of going about them are slightly different. Here, we’ll let you in on the right methods for you, whether you’re just looking to increase your overall size or strength.
lifting-weights-to-make-gains
People often expect that they’ll have to spend all day and night at the gym in order to get big. That’s not really true. Experts recommend training just two or three times a week to make decent sized gains, but a lot of routines out there are based on a five-day program. Shorter bursts of more intense training are better than prolonged periods of light exercise when it comes to building muscle.
Intensity is key to getting bigger muscles quickly. The quantity or sets and reps you do is of paramount importance: the more intense and rapid the workout, the faster you’ll see results. Your muscles begin to grow whenever their cells are placed under “metabolic stress”- and if you’ve ever felt your arms bulging after a workout, that’s exactly what’s happening: your muscles are producing the extra chemical by-products needed to lift the weights. So, what does all this mean? Basically, you’ll need to do a whole lot of lifting. A good example of a routine would be 3 to 5 sets of between 8 and 15, where you’ll be struggling to compete by the end but could maybe manage one or two more. You need to push yourself hard, but not to the point of failure. And getting rest between the sets if extremely important- though it shouldn’t be more than a couple of minutes- because muscle tiredness if what we’re looking for.
This brings us back to the question of: “how often should I be training?” The five-day routines mentioned above- where one day is for your chest, another for your legs, etc.- is still the preferred way of gaining muscle, but you can definitely get enough done in just three days if the workouts are intense enough.
Below I’ve included an example of a chest routine that I prefer when making gains:
Around 4×12 reps of:
Decline press
Incline press
Bench press
Remember not to break for more than two minutes between sets. This is vital to increasing muscle mass
LIFTING WEIGHTS TO BUILD STRENGTH
The only way of getting your body to become stronger is to show it that it has no other choice. That means, unlike lifting to build muscle, you need to test your body to breaking point. You’ll be using much heavier weights with far fewer reps, and expecting to fail a few times as you push your body to the max. Of course, you’ll need to take longer rest periods between these exhausting exercises, but your body simply won’t be able to recover properly without them.
For this type of routine, you should be using rep ranges of around 3 to 6. Your weights should really push you hard, so that you can’t lift any more after completing your set. Because the workload is so much more, you’ll need to give yourself at least four to six minutes between each set, giving your body enough time to get ready for the next challenge.
Because you’ll be lifting a lot more weight at about half the amount of reps required for building muscle, you should first use some lighter weights in order to get used to the movements involved. This practice could be used as part of a warm-up routine before you start increasing the loads. When it comes to reps in a set, you should start off with, for example, 3 reps, then move down to 2 and so on, as your body becomes more and more tired.
Resting periods are crucial if you’re looking to build strength. That’s because your muscle groups need to fully recover before you start straining them again. Typically, you’ll need one or two days for your muscles to get back to normal, but you definitely shouldn’t wait more than three days to start training again if you want to see real gains.
Strength training really requires you to use all your muscle groups in co-ordination rather than just isolating one or two at a time. For this we’d recommend doing upper/lower body groups on different days, either that or back/front groupings instead. We’d recommend doing this four times a week but you can definitely get away with just three.
Here’s a quick back workout that focuses on the whole body :
(All have a rest period of 2-3 minutes between sets)
5 deadlifts (5, 5, 3, 3, 1)
5 T-bar rows (4-6)
5 single-arm dumbbell rows (5, 5, 3, 3, 1)
5 seated cable rows (4-6)
5 Hammer Strength rows (4-6)
THE RIGHT DIET FOR BUILDING MUSCLE
You should already be following a pretty healthy, mixed diet with all the right vitamins and nutrients- that goes without saying. But how many extra calories will you need to support such muscle growth?
The average calorific intake for an adult male is around 2,500 per day. On top of this, you shouldn’t need too much more for the type of workouts we’ve listed above- maybe between 300-500 extra each day. This diet should see you gain around an extra pound in weight per week.
Diets are obviously highly personal, so there are other factors to consider here. If you’re already overweight, there’s no point in adding to the amount of calories you’re already taking in- that could mean reducing how much you eat or increasing the amount of exercise you do. But if you’re not getting enough calories, you may not start to see any gains- it’s a case of trial and error (plus loads of calorie-counting!).
So now we’ve dealt with the numbers, let’s look at the types of nutrition you should be getting. When it comes to body building, most people think of protein straight away. Of course, you need plenty of protein but it should only form a part of a varied intake of other food types, especially carbs which act as fuel for muscle growth. My diet generally consists of 50% carbs, 20-35 fats and most of the rest in protein- and I’d recommend this ratio to anyone else looking to build muscle or strength.
Many people also question when they should eat as well. Is it better to eat before you work out? After? Well, research has shown that unless you’re a top pro athlete, none of that really matters- just do what your body tells you. If you’re hungry; eat. You’ll definitely want some food inside you before working out, and you’ll probably feel hungry afterwards, but don’t set too much store by any ‘expert’ advice on the subject.
SHOULD I START TAKING SUPPLEMENTS?
A lot of supplements on the market aren’t all that helpful in building (and maintaining) real muscle mass- a lot of them simply help your body retain water, causing bloating and false gains. But there are some decent supplements out there which will help speed up the processes of gaining mass and strength. You may only see limited results by following our advice on routine and diet, so if you want to see gains a lot faster you should use a natural supplement that works.
Black Label NO is one of our favourites. It contains zero steroids and only uses natural ingredients, like L-citrulline and L-arginine, to boost nitric oxide production- crucial to improving your blood flow and helping you gain mass much faster than normal.
Recent studies show that Black Label NO actually boosts testosterone production and muscle growth, as well as increasing your overall stamina and strength- making it one of the most powerful, legal ways of bulking up fast.
Other proven benefits include improved metabolism – which helps you lose weight – as well as increased energy levels when compared to the competition. And the energy levels don’t just stop at the gym door- Black Label NO can seriously enhance your libido and stamina in the bedroom too.

Recruiters Don't Need Your Salary History
But Here's Why They Want It
Liz Ryan , CONTRIBUTOR
I write about bringing life to work and bringing work to life.
Opinions expressed by Forbes Contributors are their own.

Dear Liz,
I've been following you for a couple of years, and it's been an eye-opening experience to use my voice at work and on the job-search trail.
When I first started reading your columns I was pretty unhappy at work, but it was a good enough job (especially on paper) that I didn't want to jump into the wrong opportunity.
I started a very low-key stealth job search. I updated my LinkedIn profile and I heard from two recruiters right away.
Watch on Forbes:
Just as you predicted, both of them started our phone conversations by asking me "What are you earning now?" I told them I'm looking for a job in the $90,000 range.
One of them pushed gently ("How much is that over where you are now?") but I pushed gently back to say "Based on my research, that's what these jobs pay -- if we agree on that it makes sense to keep talking."
The other recruiter wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. He trotted out all the ridiculous reasons you have mentioned in your columns -- reasons he thought he "had to know" my current and past salaries.
I kept saying "No" and finally he said "We're not a good fit," which was true.
The reasonable recruiter, Jason, got me a great job that I've now worked in for 18 months. Jason and I keep in touch.
We had lunch last week and I asked him if his employer clients are still insisting that Jason get every candidate's salary history.
Jason said "It's about half and half. I've been able to get some of my clients to see the light. I explained to them that the more intrusive my questions are, the less easily I'm going to be able to sell their opportunities to candidates.
Escort dishes dirty details in juicy Q&A
Escort dishes dirty details in juicy Q&A
A woman who claims to be an escort has revealed the tricks of the trade in a very candid Reddit thread. The 25-year-old, who does not give her name but says she is from Australia, says she started working in a “high-profile brothel” five years ago.
Since then she has worked in six different sex houses across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. “In early 2014, fed up with brothel life, I moved to Perth to set myself up as a private escort,” she confesses online.
“One year later I had a mental breakdown and left the industry for nine months.
“I returned nearly a year ago, this time in Sydney and I haven’t looked back since.”
On the revealing forum, the woman says she charges up to £340 ($361) an hour, sees married men early in the morning and takes Ubers to and from jobs.
“I often see married clients early in the morning, eg. 7-8am,” she says.
“Even though they’re philandering, most still have some respect for their wives, if not as lovers, then as people, mothers.
“Many are in functioning, co-parenting relationships but live like roommates.”
She says that escorting can be a very unstable industry and work tends to die down around Christmastime.
“I went 23 December 2016 to 21 January 2017 without any bookings because it is typically the quietest time of year for the sex industry,” she said.
“Then suddenly it picked up massively and I’ve had 2-3 bookings per week since, averaging about 3 grand per week.
“Last October I didn’t get any bookings for about 3 weeks. It’s unpredictable to say the least.”
Her usual clientele consists of businessmen age 40 and over, and she usually has the most fun with “fat men.”
Most white-collar type professions, more Caucasian, Indian and Asian than other races, and mostly in the 40-60 age group,” she says“I’m happy with this, because these guys are well mannered and really generous.”
She also claims to have had sex with more than 1,100 men — and the oldest client she ever had was a Holocaust survivor. She revealed she is not a “knock-out model” but channels the “girl-next-door type of look.”
Famous clients have included “NRL [National Rugby League] and union players” — although she has kept specific names under wraps.
She also states she’s open to many bizarre fantasies but will not do incest role play, water or mud sports or long bookings out of the city.
Her mother, best friends and ex-boyfriends know about her job as an escort — but she is afraid of her father and brothers finding out.
“I broke down and confessed everything to my parents about having been a sex worker for years about 2 years ago while I was on hiatus,” she wrote.
“Only my mum knows I’ve returned. She doesn’t want me to tell [my dad] because otherwise she’d ‘never hear the end of it.’
“But I think deep down he knows.”
